The team carried everything required for their multi-terrain journey, restocking with food and fuel wherever possible. Supplies, medical equipment, water treatment, solar panels, hammocks, jungle clothing and stoves quickly added up to a small avalanche of kit, and saving lbs becomes an obsession.

 

A key objective of the expedition was to document, via film and photography, the areas through which the team travel. Unfortunately  film and photos require regular back-up, traditionally using a hefty laptop and multiple hard drives.
