The entire expedition was photographed and filmed solely on Kingston Technology memory cards. That's 3 months of expedition, on 1.25 TB worth of CF, SD and Micro SD. Due to the unsupported nature of the expedition there is no way Patrick and Richard could have carried a laptop, and two backup hard drives, therefore the simplest and lightest solution was to carry enough memory to last the entire exped. Kingston products were chosen due to their reliability and toughness, the team was very happy that the footage was to be stored on a world leading memory manufacturer's cards.
