In June and July 2012 Richard Johnson and Douglas Sutherland cycled from Beijing to Guilin in China to raise money for the charity 'Home for Mentally Handicapped Children' in Bangkok, Thailand. For the entire 1,700 mile route they were unsupported and traveled independently.
